不會，請參照法例第347章《時效條例》第27條。當原告人要提出人身傷害申索時，申索時限是由訴訟因由產生的日期（即意外發生日期/原告人受傷的日期）起計之三年內，或由原告人知情的日期（即知道傷害是因被告人的錯誤引致）起計之三年內，以較後日期為準。
